A local government aspirant for Sagamu Local Government, Hon Oluwakemi, has pledged to bring about a total transformation to the area if elected as Chairman.
The aspirant, a seasoned businesswoman, an erudite scholar, and a tested politician who is based in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and UK 🇬🇧 made this promise during a press conference in Sagamu on Saturday.
Hon Kemi, a native of Sagamu, while addressing her party supporters across her local government, emphasises her commitment to improving the lives of residents through sustainable development projects, infrastructural upgrades, security, economic and enhanced social services.
Hon Kemi who is contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), appeals to members of the party to rally round her by voting for her massively and overwhelmingly to emerge as the candidate of the party to contest in the forthcoming election.
“My vision is to make Sagamu Local Government a model of excellence in Ogun State,” she said. “I will prioritize education, healthcare, agriculture, and youth empowerment to ensure our community is well placed economically and politically. She expresses her desire to work effectively with the leadership of her great party APC in Ogun State, particularly the energetic political leader Dr. Dapo Abiodun so that Ogun State will continue to be at par if not at premium with Lagos and other vibrant states in Nigeria.
Hon. Kemi used the singular opportunity of the political gathering to thank the governor for his developmental projects in the state. She promised to match the effort with equal commitment for the progress of Ogun State and Sagamu LGA in particular.
