He began his educational journey at African Church Grammar School, Abeokuta, where he studied from 1974 to 1979. He proceeded to the Continuing Education Centre, Abeokuta (1979–1980), and later attended Gbobi College, Yaba, Lagos, from 1980 to 1982, laying a solid academic and moral foundation that would shape his entrepreneurial path.
In 1982, Chief Odeyemi joined Odeyemi & Sons Nigeria Limited (EBENEZERI), where he played an active role in haulage and distributorship services. During this period, the company served as a major distributor for leading brands such as Nigerian Breweries, West African Portland Cement, and Midland Galvanising, gaining a strong reputation for reliability and operational excellence.
Driven by vision, discipline, and leadership, he later rose to become the Chairman and Managing Director of Skeddy Nigeria Limited. Under his stewardship, the company successfully secured distributorship rights for West African Portland Cement and Midland Galvanising, while also providing specialized haulage services—particularly within the cement distribution sector. His leadership significantly strengthened logistics efficiency and business growth within the industry.
In 1997, Chief Odeyemi travelled abroad to broaden his professional exposure and explore new opportunities. He further enhanced his expertise by earning a Diploma in Health and Social Care (2008–2010) and undertaking professional studies in Project Management (2012–2014). Since then, he has managed several individual projects on a contract basis, bringing deep experience in logistics, distribution, health and social care, and project execution to every engagement.
Beyond business, Chief Abiodun Olawale Odeyemi is admired for his philanthropic spirit and dedication to community development, quietly impacting lives through service, mentorship, and empowerment initiatives.
