Hence , the following shall be the central focus of his leadership in Ifoland, if he have consent and support of Egba Ake as the next section to provide candidate and three other rulling sections of Gbagura, Owu, Egba Oke-Ona that Constitute Leadership of Ifoland
a) Sustaining the existing harmony in the Egba Ake Ruling House, to enable the four rulling house enjoy the support of his traditional root , which , ordinarily, should be his backbone.
b) The continued unity and harmony of the Egba and Ifo town at large
c) Harnessing the human and material resources of Ifo Land in particular, and the four egbas in general for further development.
d) Ensuring that all stakeholders in the ifo structure of the kingmaker play their traditionally assigned roles for the sustenance of our culture and tradition.
e) Ensuring that Ifo gets its fair share in the state and Nigerian nation
All the above and many more shall be achieved through sound, cordial diplomatic relationships with all tiers of government.

Otunba Olumide Osunsina is the grandson of late Pa Sonde Osunsina who migrated from Isele Ijehun in abeokuta to Olomu a sub village in the areas of Ifo local government to establish his Cocoa business in the olden days. Baba oni Cocoa Sonde has he fondly called was the father of Late Pa Timothy Olumuyiwa Osunsina who worked with then (P&T) Postal and Telecommunication had his house beside late Pa Soetan at olomu road bank bus stop ifo. Baba was the late Baba Ijo of Anglican Church Oke Nla Ifo Diocese and the father of Otunba Olumide John Osunsina,the present Baba Ijo David Adeyemo Memorial Anglican Church Ago Ilorin Ifo
His late mother hailed from Oja Oba in Ibadan was a formidable and successful fabrics business entrepreneur in Zaria and Gbagi market in ibadan.
Otunba Osunsina Olumide has been doing so many great things in Egbaland, Ifo Land , both home and in the diaspora, supporting positive courses towards the development of Ifo land .

He has served as the Managing Director and CEO since founding the company in the 1990s (sources note start dates of 1992 or 1994)
Under his leadership, the firm has developed major residential estates like Nicon Town and Carlton Gate.
Supreme Core Development Company Ltd (UK): Founded in 2010, where he serves as a Principal involved in public relations and high-level customer engagement.
Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank: He serves as a Director at the bank, formerly known as GTHomes.
Philanthropy:
He is the founder of the Olumide Osunsina Foundation, which focuses on youth empowerment and education.
He was privileged to donates to the annual Ifo day celebrations and many other important course such as market women and many more. Otunba Osunsina is
a regular donor to many worthy philanthropic / religious / educational projects across religious divide.
7) HOBBIES.
An avid golf player from his youthful days till date sparingly plays a set or two at his leisure, apart from regular jogging to keep fit.
