Ugonwa Okolo is an award-winning Nigerian entrepreneur and energy trade finance specialist, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Viluton Energy, a petroleum product trading and consultancy firm. Over the past seven years, she has transformed Viluton Energy into a thriving enterprise with a diverse client base across banking, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors, earning multiple industry awards under her leadership.

She is also the Founder of Compargy Company, a business training platform dedicated to mentoring and developing aspiring entrepreneurs. A recognized trade finance consultant, she facilitates specialized courses for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and tailors industry-specific training programs for the oil sector.

Her academic credentials include a Master of Science in Energy Trade Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern European Languages.

Beyond business.

 Ugonwa demonstrates a strong commitment to community development. In 2018, she played a key role in the Black Panther Challenge, sponsoring hundreds of school children in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt to attend the movie, inspiring them through its themes of excellence and leadership.
