The Olumide & Stephanie Aderinokun Foundation is a philanthropic organization established by Chief Olumide Aderinokun and his wife, Stephanie Aderinokun, with a strong commitment to community development, education, youth empowerment, and poverty alleviation across Ogun State, Nigeria. Through strategic humanitarian initiatives, the foundation has continued to positively impact thousands of lives by addressing critical social and economic needs at the grassroots level.
One of the foundation’s most notable areas of impact is food security and humanitarian relief.
The foundation has consistently organized feeding programs to support vulnerable communities, particularly during religious seasons.
During the Ramadan and Lenten periods in early 2025, the foundation successfully implemented a 30-day feeding initiative, providing meals for nearly 10,000 people, demonstrating its dedication to supporting families facing economic hardship.
In the area of education, the foundation has made significant contributions toward improving access to learning resources. It has distributed school materials—including bags and sandals—to over 600 primary school pupils, helping to reduce barriers to education for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In partnership with Project Think Kindly, the foundation also recognized academic excellence by awarding ₦50,000 each to over 60 outstanding students, while providing scholarships to deserving students in higher institutions to support their academic aspirations.
The foundation has also invested in community infrastructure development, particularly in improving access to clean water.
Through the repair and installation of solar-powered boreholes, communities in Ogun Central, including Awa Ndon and Ndon Eyop, now benefit from sustainable and reliable sources of potable water, significantly improving living conditions and public health.
In support of economic empowerment, the foundation has provided interest-free loans ranging from ₦30,000 to ₦50,000 to traders and market women in Abeokuta, Ifo, and Odeda, enabling small-scale entrepreneurs to expand their businesses and achieve greater financial stability.
Recognizing the importance of youth development and community engagement, the foundation organizes football tournaments to positively engage young people, offers free summer coaching programs for secondary school students, and provides emergency assistance to victims of disasters. For example, it extended financial relief to traders affected by the Lafenwa Market fire incident, helping them recover and rebuild their livelihoods.
In the area of healthcare support, the foundation has also provided free medical check-ups, distributed essential medications, and offered financial assistance to individuals requiring urgent medical attention, thereby improving access to healthcare for underserved communities.
Through these impactful initiatives, Chief Olumide Aderinokun, the Akinruyiwa of Owu Kingdom, continues to leverage the Olumide & Stephanie Aderinokun Foundation as a platform to bridge the gap between high-level business leadership and grassroots development.
The foundation remains dedicated to promoting sustainable community development, social welfare, and poverty alleviation, particularly across Ogun State.
